Mercury Founder, Justin Bieganek, celebrated a milestone birthday recently. He shares the seven takeaways he uncovered during this time of reflection.
If we have learned one thing in the past few years, it’s that relationships matter more than ever. And not the short-term, transactional kind! We attended the Independent Community Bankers of Minnesota Convention and shared our two cents on adapting to the new hybrid work model.
Finding the right partners to serve our clients alongside us is a continuous quest. Identifying others that share our obsessive attitude toward client service is extremely important to us! We recently found such a partner in Kudoscode, a Minneapolis-based web development firm. After numerous successful projects together, their owner Michael sat down for a discussion with our Founder Justin who shared his marketing leadership tips and discussed ways to deal with different obstacles in the ever-changing landscape we are all navigating.
Even as things continue to change, one thing remains the same – you need to connect with your current members while attracting new ones. The single best way to do that is by making sure your team has clarity around your brand and the value that it brings. Establishing a strong brand that is a true reflection of who you are and what you have to offer will give your association the ability to take flight and soar in 2021 and beyond!
The third-largest city in Minnesota, Rochester, was suffering from multiple brand personalities. Although the 15 departments worked in concert to efficiently manage the large, complex City, the visual identities were inconsistent and, therefore, confusing to their organization and the community.
Immersive website discovery sessions with the Terrybear staff to guide the user experience, define the creative direction, and determine the final development needs for a fresh website!
The Electrical Association, formerly Minnesota Electrical Association, has been proudly supporting electrical contractors for over 90 years. As times have changed, so have the products and services that they extend to their members. To continue evolving, they realized it was time to reconnect to their brand and create a fresh and relevant identity that is a better reflection of their dynamic, energized, and connected association.
Now that the dust has somewhat settled, it’s time to move your mindset from reactive to proactive.
At the end of 2018, I made a decision and took the initial steps to integrate EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) into my company, Mercury Creative Group.
